Lost Soul Found

Lost Soul Found is the cross-continental collaborative project between actor, DJ and musician Ariel Eliaz and Veiila’s member Bes Eirid (who currently resides in Armenia). There are no stylistic boundaries to Lost Soul Found and they easily switch from funk chill-out with vintage radio samples to evolving drum'n'bass with soulful singing, to laid back downtempo mixed with equal portions of chaotic vocal effects, rock guitars and screaming acid lines. This unimaginable mix of elements is the essence of Lost Soul Found, which is better understood if one takes the personalities behind the project into account. Ariel whose background as a DJ performing in clubs all around the globe developed his keen sense of style and passion for exquisite electronic music. Bes, a Russian-born dissident producer and multi-instrumentalist, on the other hand, comes from a more traditional band-rooted approach to songwriting. The two met online by sheer chance about two years ago and after a couple of webcam jam sessions, full of weird jokes and an intense exchange of favorite albums, decided to start this renegade project, first as self-therapy, but soon realizing that their experiments may be therapeutic for other like-minded electronic music aficionados.
